gEDA-user: Pad specification

Hello

I am now explaining someone how to hack Ronja PCB and found that the
pad specifications seem to be obsolete. They definitely use the old
format with 1 mil resolution instead of 1/100. Maybe there is even
less number positions or some are swapped:

Would anyone mind fixing it if it's true that it's obsolete? :)
