I am running gEDA under Fedora Core 6. Every once in awhile I allow the auto update to update gschem. This all works fine except that it always overwrites my settings files(symbol locations, custom attributes). Is there any way to do the auto update w/o having your settings files blown away(other than copying the files before the update)?
