Hi all,
I've written a perl program to manipulate XYRS files.

It tries to guess the file format automatically, and it provides some
functions to allow easy manipulation of XYRS files:
	- Rotation of components (not the whole board)
	- String/number replacing.
	- Units change.
	- Offset XY coordinates.
	- String replace by regular expression matching.
	- XYRS panelizing.

It's not geda specific, but it's a great tool (I think) if you need to
postprocess XYRS files.

Most (if not all) PCB users won't need this tool, since the workflow is
usually changing the PCB and then regenerating the XYRS file.

The target user of this tool are board assembly houses, for example, who
need to process the XYRS files provided by their customers provide to
their process.

For example, the first thing they need to do is translate each component
footprint name to their own library, changing the name of the "package"
to their library's component name.

So, even if this tool is not going to be widely used, I want to add it
to geda suite.
I'm just ready, but I need to find a suitable name for this tool, so I'm
asking here for suggestions/thoughts.

what do you think about the following names?
	- geda_filter
	- geda_xyrs_filter
	- xyrs_filter

Thanks,

Carlos
