Log Message:
Was tempted to call this 0.3...

duckserver.c: networking related code for a typical game, should be small.
flyingducks.c: network independant code for a typical game. Should be most
of the code.
gfxclient.c: new game independant client code. For now the meshes are hard
coded but this will be changed once we have more meshes.
singleduck.c: same as duckserver.c but without networking.
