Log Message:
Added a more structured command stream for more generic games.
(Eg, CMD_CAMERA_POS and stuff.) Now your own ship in flyingducks isn't drawn,
so it's a bit faster but also the non backface culled triangles are gone.
This is implemented using the command stream. set_matrix is gone,
replaced by send_frame.
