GTC: SWIG

I wrote to David Beazley. Unfortunately, the update we need to SWIG (for 
complicated data structures and that kind of stuff) will not appear for another 
year.

We could try to implement it ourselves. I made a code generator that parsed C 
declarations (without pointers) for the networking code and that didn't take too 
long. I will put it in my TODO.
