The distribution web page

I send this for comments.  Initially I wanted to make a page telling what we
want to do and a second one telling what is implemented in this version.  I
feared however we ended smelling vaporware and I made only a flat description
of what is implemented.  On the other hand I fear this is not very good for
recruiting people and a tiny team will produce  tiny output.

I also felt a web page is too short for explaining concepts like "Linux is not
Unix" with enough clarity to avoid being shot:-)   and "Designing the Linux way
not the Unix way" without being taxed of attacling otheer distribs.
