Update to PISA-08-JAN-00-002:

Now includes a link to the l0pht Security Advisory: Quadruple Inverted
Backfilp (so called because it is hard, but none the less possible to
exploit). This was written by Dildog who discovered the hole, and has more
detailed information about the problem, and also includes a exploit
script.
