Projected front page for web site.

Since it is essential for Indy to recruit people the furst task will be to 
update the web site so it is ready when Indy is officially announced.

That is why I rewrote te cover page (yes I know there are many typos and I 
will them later.

One thing I am not so sure is if putting the design goals section in the 
front page is a good idea since it breaks its elan and cover page is supposed 
 to motivate people to participate.


Any opinions?
