Yes that is all correct and they are going to have an automated update via www a
bit like the thing RH introduced in RH6.1 but you have to pay for. Theirs will
be free.

Everything is GPL'd and it is just the Gnome+an office suite+Evolution. It is
not going to be a distro.

All the code changes they make will be submitted to the Gnome CVS tree.

Can anyone look at the stuff proposed at www.helixcode.com?

Looks like they are proposing a desktop and Evolution that is the
Linux counterpart for Outlook.  Evolution is something I consider very
important for Linux.
