Security web pages

I've just uploaded a quick hack of the security page to:
http://independence.seul.org/security/

I'll check it over and maybe upload the RPMs in the morning, butI wanted
to get something online before I logged off for the night.

I'm hoping it'll be integrated into the rest of the site soon.
