   It does.  Microsoft extended the DHCP subset to include all of that over
DUN.  I have no clue what the params are, however.  Ascend Pipelines also
have both sides of this, as they can pull it from the ISP, and push it to
Win Boxen.  Best way to find it is to sniff the packets dialing in to a MS
RAS server, and MS WinDoze dialing in to a Linux box.  Just look for the
missing bits. :-)
