Sound in Indy

We presently have three sound editors in Indy:

-Arts (part of KDE)
-Glame
-SoundStudio

I would like someone knowledgeable on the subject to
compare them.  Ideally Indy would include one piece
of software for each task; the best one.  In real world
we cannot be so radical but if A is inferior to B in everything
then A does not go in Indy.

Also since SoundStudio is no longer maintained it is quite natural to
remove it unless it does something the others don't do or do it far
worse.
