hmmm, I found some good docs on IBM's site (www.developer.ibm.com) and a
search on google also gave me some nice pointers.
Wait, at http://world.std.com/~jimf/papers/c++sync/c++sync.html is a
description of a C++ wrapper for normal threading functions. It's a bit
outdated though.
