You are confusing my point.  My point is that if you are building your
code on something that has restrictive licenses, whether that's a library
like Qt or Turbo Vision, or limiting licenses on technology such as mp3,
your _application_ is not GPL, even though your _code_ is.  

I haven't had time to look at the golgotha license so I couldn't say for
sure what pitfalls are in it.  I can't get to their website so perhaps
I can look at it later this week, or if someone wanted to mail me the
license I could look at it.
