Good news/Bad news

First the good news:

The new db_cache.pl is ready.  It now dynamically deals with modifications
to the tables and has a much better method of adding new tables to the
cache file.

The bad news:

The new script does a lot more processing, causing on average, the running
time to increase by 1 millsecond on my P3 500Mhz system.  This is an
overal increase of 7% which I hope is acceptable.

Jason, if you think you can deal with the performance hit of the new
script let me know and we'll cordinate my change and your changes to the
PHP code.
