Status Report for 4-11-00 (Still don't heve my taxes sent!)

Lotsa moderation related stuff still.

Debugged new user preferance functions some more as I noticed some broken things... it
should be pretty stable now in all situations except where you try to insert a NULL value
for a pref... don't do that yet.

Have the moderation "filter page" fully complete I believe (subject to change of course).

Have Moderation AND User comments working on article page (displaying).  Now working on
the reply-to-comment, add-comment, etc forms.  

CCRider was down yesterday, and although we got interrupted about 1.5hrs after his arrival
- he did get a good start on finishing out the approve/unapprove/flag_for_review processor
scripts.

As I finish up the few remaining issues with comments and so forth, I'll be placing the
finishing touches on voting.

I also began drafting a "Road Map" for the team.  This Road Map will provide mile stones,
goals, tasks, etc.  I'll put it up on PS today or tomorrow I imagine, at which time the
rest of you guys can comment on it.
