Comments:

- We need coding standards.  Things like "an indentation should be X
spaces".  Studies show that 4 is best, and it's what I prefer.   Yes, I'm
really tired of seeing Jason indent his code by 8 columns.

- New Taxonomy should be in place for beta

- Re-design the external link backend.  

- The last item, "Content Format Scripts" prolly shouldn't be beta

- Not sure I like AC question posts.  No, I'm really sure I don't like
that.  See /. for why.

- I think the list is too big for Beta.  Q&A should be for final.  I don't
see all the list being done in 1 month.

Those are the biggies.
