I love my G400(have the max at work too) only standing prob. w/ it is
the lack of dual head drivers for XFree.  However it is one of the
crispest cards I've used(always been a matrox fan, so i may be biased)

make sure you checkout arstechnica.com they have done many reviews about
the celeron chips in its many incartations, and have links to many
others.  letting you know what is possible w/ it.

also if you want to talk cooling options, get ahold of me, in my
plethora of freetime when I was changing jobs i read up on overclocking
techinques.
