Hmm.  I'd almost be willing to bet that your flight from BWI was delayed and the
luggage missed its connection to SFO or wherever you were going.  That's
happened to me more than once...  They should deliver it to you in a day or
two.  (At least they do in the states.... but in Guatemala City United made me
pick it up at the airport the next day.  I was TICKED...)

Actually, maybe *I* am to blame for recommending you fly from BWI...  nah... :-)
