Re: PHP 3.0.12 released

It does not require code changes.  I have revied the short list of
incompatibilities and we're using none of the mostly un-documented things that have
changed.

I have not made any decisions yet.  I discussed it with Aaron.  I'm monitoring it's
functionality as best I can on my local workstation.  The only way I'll consider it
further is if I see it capable of draticly reducing my development time.  

The main advantage I see for us in PHP 4 is the capability to store objects in
arrays which PHP3 cannot do... and that gives me headaches at night :)
