My thoughts:

The top logo in anotherlogo.png would be good for a site button (scaled
down of course).  You know those things that sites use to link to other
sites.  

The LKBP logo at the bottom is interesting.  I'd be interested to see how
it scales down.  (Maybe use this to replace the Dr. Tux logo on the
articles.)  

I think the B in the second logo should replace the B in the one with the
green background at the bottom.  This might be a nice top banner as well,
though I like the one from Logo.png better (see below).

The red line in the second logo is a definate improvement, but I don't
haven any good ideas what to use it for.

The third logo in Logo.png (the really long one) does fit in a 640x480
screen and would probably look nice at the top of the site (maybe scaled
down a bit to make it not as tall).

My votes are as follows:

For page-top banner: The 3rd logo from Logo.png, but using the text w/ red
line from the 2nd logo in anotherlogo.png instead.

For link-to-me button: The top logo in Logo.png

For article icon (replacement for Dr. Tux): The bottom-left logo in
anotherlogo.png
