Anyone who is doing their development work on their own box and have
re-constructed the server environment of vodka (MySQL and Apache) will
need to add an entry in their /etc/hosts

Basically add:
sql and sql.linuxkb.org as aliases to your loopback device.  

This is because Jason and I are changing the scripts to send DB queries to
sql instead of localhost.
