Back from Vacation & Misc

I am back from vacation!!  I went up to Canada August 10-17, and returned
today.

I have a few things that I was wondering about:

1.  Could someone update the to-do list to bring it up to date (since I'm
really not sure what stuff can be removed from it)?  It's almost a year out
of date right now.

2.  Are the following people working on anything right now?  If not, then
I'll send them an e-mail to start them helping me with devel (the irc
pages, even as <pre> are turning into a major pain--since I'm having to
reformat them for 640 x 480 screens)

(The people below are who I've narrowed it down to--would like to meet with
someone on IRC sometime this week or early next to cut it down more).
Primarily these represent those people that have 10 or more hours to work
on Internal_Doc, so it's kind of a rough cut.
