1) New company list index pages 

2) Company signup is now fully flushed out (meaning you can add all
relevant fields related to a company to the various tables), just a few
more feature adds and I'll be done with that part.

3) now properly Xref Languages, Country, and Charity tables.

Most of the UI is done.  Let me know what you think of how I did the
selection of Languages and country.  I'm planning on doing the same for
the categories.  What do you think of how I did the Company List.  Right
now it is sorted by oldest to newest.
