Actually, I was referring to the site hosted on
https://wsdo.sao.uwf.edu:444/ , which does not use CVS.

The username is linuxkb and the password is lkjh78uy.  Host is
wsdo.sao.uwf.edu (notice that it's on wsdo.sao.uwf.edu, and not on
vodka.linuxkb.org (or yukon)).
