I'd like to see an animated version (eyes moving very slowly) and a
non-animated version depending on where we want to use it.

Also... I'd like to see a version without the background... I.E. with a
transparent background that we could use as a logo.  I have some ideas for
the pages that would have to make use of this.  Thoughts?

Agreed.  I'll work up a draft and put it out for everyones eyes for
comments/revisions.
