1.0.5 (yes another one)

This patch fixes a bug in the htdig template files which unfortuneately
aren't managed via cvs for various reasons.

Also I found a bug in my post-install directions for the 1.0.1 patch.  So
if you installed the tarball and ran ./install.sh BEFORE applying any of
the patches, you will need to run:

lkb_source/update_lkb.sh 

Otherwise you won't have a recent enough linuxkb database in MySQL.  If
you applied any patch (1.0.1+) before running the install script this
doesn't effect you.
