Just wanted to take a momement to introduce everyone to Hugo Rabson who
just joined the project to work on a remote API which will allow outside
projects to impliment hooks into our database.

Specifically, the project intends to allow other groups to write client
side applications which can query our database.  Things like a module for
the KDE help system or a Gnome panel app.
