- Bad install prevented Perl Modules from installing in all situations
- Update /etc/hosts with sql -> 127.0.0.1
- Ht://Dig config now supports fuzzy logic, flame.gif, and more
- Apache config now does not require password to access server
- Apache config now points to CVS tree for /icons/
- Creation of ./upgrade.sh to replace manual installs

Post-Patch Installation instructions for existing installs:
./upgrade.sh

You do not need to execute any other commands.
