I forgot to mention that I figured out how to impliment the META tags in
the PHP templates, and updated the pages accordingly.  As a matter of
fact, I made changes to many of the PHP pages, including functions.php3.
So if you're a PHP developer, you probably should re-sync your CVS tree.
