Well good news there.  First I'm making upgrading to a new devball version
easier by scripting the upgrade process starting in 1.0.8.  So all you
have to do is apply the patch and run ./upgrade.sh

Second, at least for a while, I expect the upgrades to only really impact
the search engine developers.  Most everything else is handled via CVS.
So, things may not look quite right if you do a local search (like the
flame gif thing), but it won't effect most developers (just me and
possibly Jason and Marc).
