You have to look in the CGI ENV to get the user name and password.  I
wrote a PHP code block to do this about 6 months ago, but it isn't that
difficult.  Also, Jason and I are looking to NOT use the mod_perl modules
to do authentication & authorization.  I'm not really sure what the plans
for this is.  I do know that the RoleID isn't in the DB anymore so there's
no way (that I can tell at least) about how to do authorization.
