Status Report 12/20/99

I'll try to keep this one shorter than last. 

- Tweaking Search engine/forms.  Just finished updating the PHP code so
that URL's are now generated in a search engine friendly manner.  Much of
what I did in Search.pm was code cleaning up, so not much forward
progress. Search.pm has grown to 500+ lines again.  Ugh.  Too bad there
isn't much I can do in terms of modularization.  Will work next on the
*new* drilldown/type restriction code.

- Installed MyNews on Yukon.  Cleaned up the www.linuxkb.org web site a
bit.  Sent a blurb to LWN and LT.  LT picked it up, but LWN ignored it.
Reminds me: Marcello and Hugo, please send me a short bio about yourself,
and I'll upload it to the site.  For an idea what I mean look at:

- Signed $0 contract with NaviSite to extend our Co-Lo space for another
year.  We should get VA, NaviSite, and The Networks a pre-Alpha look at
the site to give them a chance to comment on the wording of their
sponsorship blurb.  Already created user account in dev for them; user:
guest, password: friend
