Both of these are due to your IP address not being authorized.  Do you
have a static IP with your ISP?  If not, ask your ISP if you can have one.
Many ISP's will give you a static if you need it for
security/authentication purposes even if the official line is dynamic
only.  If not, find out what networks your ISP "gives out" and we'll allow
the whole lot.

Dunno.  We have a web interface to the tables in place that allows you to
run SQL queries.
