Next round of DB changes

I'll have the next round of DB changes in place tonight.  I think Micah is right...
we're going to come up with ideas as we code, lets let it flow for a few weks, but
please funnel changes through me.

I'll post changes to the list and to the devel site.  I'll be making other
announcments tonight and tommorow as well regarding the server change log and the
documentation I want to throw online for new developers.

Dan or Chuck - Do any of you have Big Ben's email address?  I lost it.  Could
either of you get it?  He was interested in assisting in LKB development and I need
to get in touch with him.
