It's an expiration date.  I'll rename it.

Sory... I'm just going through my inbox looking for some mails... didn't realize
this one hung out this long... Micah... you had sent a mail detailing some
additional features for this round of DB changes... I wanted to ensure they were
all in there... I'll keep looking, but could you re-send that message if you still
have it?
