I'll take care of MySQL if you want to take care of mod_perl... I'm not going to
JUMP on it, but I'll upgrade soon enough.  

I also seen Apache::Session... I downloaded it but haven't gotten a chance to take
a look at the docs or anything... sounds like it's able to do a lot of what PHPLib
is able to do which I intended to get on our box as well.  If yur interested here's
