I didn't get much done.

Well that's not exactly true, I got a lot done- just none of it worth
keeping.  I wrote scripts to do SGML -> HTML conversion like we talked
about for the LDP docs, but after thinking more about it, I decided this
was the wrong way to go about things.

Hence I'm going to write a Perl script to take the multi-page format of
the HOWTO's and mini-HOWTO's and make single page format out of them.  It
sucks, but it's the only way to do it right.

I did look into the CmdSchedule script and started thinking about how to
do it.  Basically I'll have two scripts:

1) The master- which does all the DB queries and forks the:

2) The executor- which actually executes the commands and then updates the
DB depending on their sucess/failure.  This will also monitor their TTL
and kill off rouge scripts.

Which reminds me- the "time to live" field in the DB should be in seconds.

Anyways, feel free to provide input.  One thing I think we all need to do
more (and that I realized after this weekend) is that we need to start
sharing our ideas more about how to solve problems.  That way we can
prevent or at least reduce our chances of going down the wrong path.  Ie:
let's communicate more.  Not just what we're doing, but *how* we're doing
it.
