If your server is already running BIND8, then sounds like a good idea.
The other issue is the connection- name servers should be on fast networks
or they become bottlenecks.

As for Sendmail vs. Qmail vs. Postfix, I'm for whatever people know how to
maintain.  The lastest version of sendmail is pretty secure, but it's
still a pain in the you know what to configure.  If you know Qmail, then
go for it!  I don't think we'll need any of the extra features of sendmail
that qmail doesn't have.
