Might be worthwhile putting primary on the VA box.  It's a faster box and
being on the same network as one of the NaviSite DNS servers makes it less
of an issue to get them to secondary.  (There'll be less questions.)

Also, all the core members of the group have root access on the box so
they can make DNS changes if you're ever unavailible.

As for the DNS servers for the secondaries, I think the two name servers
in the /etc/resolv.conf should do, but I'll confirm with NaviSite.
