Update: Perl 5.004m4 -> 5.005

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

I found a couple of notes on LWN that the included Perl with RH 5.2 is
broken- specificially the regexp engine. I grabed the latest Perl from
the contrib section (the RedHat Rawhide version required upgrading the
glibc libraries, something that didn't sound like a smart thing to do.)

There is no offical upgrade path from RH (no errata RPM).

I'm thinking that this email thing is less than optimal for each change we
make. 1st there's virtually no history (unless you want to fill up your
mail box) and 2nd most of these changes most people won't care about.

Maybe we should agree that only major updates (Perl, Apache, mod_perl,
PHP, kernel, etc) will be emailed. All changes, major or minor go into
MOT. And perhaps we should agree on a subject keyword to aid in
searching? (I used "Update:" as an example.) Comments?
