Spread the wisdom

I notice that a lot of people like emailing me directly regarding the work
they are doing or planning to do for the project.  A lot of these emails I
think are would be interesting to the entire group, and I think everyone
should be given the chance to comment on your ideas.

I understand if things are more of a personal nature or if there is a
problem you'd like to discuss in priveate, that's different. But if you're
only emailing me because:

1) I'm the person who brought you in on the team

2) I'm managing the project your working on

Please email the entire list (linuxkb-list).  This way everyone can have a
chance to review your thoughts and provide feedback.  I really would like
to see more open discussion on the list about ideas, problems, and
whatever.  A big part of what makes OSS projects so sucessful is their
colaborative qualities.

There is no need to CC me directly, as I do religously read each and every
email to the list, and since I'm a very opinionated person, I'll let you
know what I think anyways. :)
