This past week I have been redesigning the submission system to use
render.php3 instead of seperate scripts.  Doing so slowed me down in the short
term, but will allow me to complete the system much more rapidly.  The
submission system should be somewhat functional by the end of the week, as I
have been making progress on the scripts as well.

I have also been spending some time looking at long term solutions to our CVS
problems.  I am looking at Bitkeeper in particular and some other, less buggy
than CVS, packages that might work better for our needs.
