Dev / CVS and DevBalls

Hi people.  Just a FYI- Jason has made a major change to CVS which breaks
the current (outdated) authentication engine.  However since the old one
is embeded in the httpd.conf I'll have to send a new devball out- which
I'll get to tonight.  So until then if you want to test code using Jason's
new code, you'll have to commit it to the server and run webupdate until
the new devball is available.
