Re: a little tweak in the login

I'm working on resolving this.  I'd like it to ask 4 or 5 times before
flagging the account as attempted compromise or something at which point
we do sumthin not yet determined.  There are PHP problems preventing the
multiple try thing at the moment... but as soon as I get it resolved I'll
notify the list.
