I committed a small revision to functions.php3 based on discussions at our conference and with Aaron on
IRC.

Changes:

Added grant() and ungrant() functions for developers to control permissions with.
Renamed print_url() and print_child_url() to return_url() and return_child_url() respectively.
Updated move_object() so that it now updates LastUpdateTime on all moved objects, not just the parent.

Coming next (today): php_perl_function gateway.
