Create Application?

Jason,

I was looking at the create_kbcontaner/proc_kbcontainer and noticed that
there was no way to create an "application" container.  Is this
forthcoming or will containers be converted to Apps, rather than created
initally?

I think what makes the most sense is having a radio button in the form
allowing them to pick.  I think it would be pretty easy to do.  (Even I
could do it :)  But I don't know the plans of the fearless leader.
