Devel Status Report

I revamped the layout for Devel--you can take a look via
http://linuxkb.webspinners.org/ .  The main problem with the old way was
that the code could be kind of confusing to make changes to, with nested
tables.

I also got a relatively good start on switching the DB Docs over to the
new format-- http://linuxkb.webspinners.org/dbproj/dbdoc.html

User ID and Password for the above site is linuxkb / lkjh78uy.

If you guys want any additional categories or want any of them renamed,
please let me know in the next few days, as with the new template I should
be able to transition a few pages a day (which means that all of the DB
documentation files should be HTMLized in the next few days).

I've been having some problems with doing a CVS checkin lately, so I'll
probably ssh into vodka and ftp them from my group's primary server at
work and let someone else handle the CVS checkin.

I hope to bring a few additional people in to work on devel in the next
few weeks, as I'm getting more and more swamped with everything else (See
my resume at http://webspinners.org/~mviron/resume.html if you really want
to know)

I will continue to contribute to lkb as I manage to find spare time, which
will mostly be on Friday, Saturday, & Sunday--the only days that I don't
have classes or office hours.

I'm going to tell you ahead of time that you probably won't be hearing
much from me during March--I have several activities going on then that
will require my attention (such as putting finishing touches on a web
conference).

I will be out of town and unable to check e-mail from the 18th of March
until possibly the 26th of March (not sure yet when I'll be leaving for
Hilton Head, South Carolina for Spring Break or on what day I'll return).
So keep in mind that it may be several days before I get a response out to
you during that time period as I generally get about 100 messages a day
(which means I might have somewhere around 800 messages to go through)
