I have concerns.  Is he under any NDA which might encompass his work on
our project?  This is fairly common here in Silicon Valley where the
company you work for has first right of refusal of any work you do in or
out of work.  Sucks yes, but true.

3 hours/week makes him useless INHO.  5/week min, 10 is what I'm hoping
for.

6 hours isn't that much, but he would be useful for small projects.

Yeah.  Don't know.  I'm planning on having dinner with my best friend
after his job interview.  An early meet would be better for me (by 5pm
PDT).
